2024: Avi and Max of Hi-End are the best, professional, responsive and accommodating. Their most recent job for us involved removing massively deteriorated wall-to-wall and pad over crystalline asbestos sub-floor and replacing it with high-quality vinyl plank throughout. It looks marvelous! 2023: Avi and Max were fantastic. They always came on time, 9:00 am sharp, and knew exactly what they were doing and what was needed. They were hired to do move-in-ready remodeling of a 140-year-old home and did it with competence, minimum hassle and good recommendations. What was particularly appreciated is that they were able to suggest the least expensive way to make the house (which we're planning to sell) look the best. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We called them for an Estimate of home project. The person came not only an hour late but was not pleasant. The person was very rude when we asked about the price he said and blamed us for having him drive an hour. It is not acceptable and they need better approach to customers. We do not recommend them to anyone

I have used High End for many years for smaller projects, painting and routine things. So when I had to have me basement torn apart to fix a broken sewer pipe it only made sense to call Max and Avi. This was no small project and Max and Avi did NOT disappoint! They were with me every step of the way!! They were spot on with all their suggestions and their vision of what it could look like came to life as I watched! We now have a brand new family room that is better than before and are SO looking forward to many many years of enjoyment. I can't thank them enough!
