I had an emergency power outage yesterday afternoon. Todd was able to assist with my issues in a timely and professional manner. He was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what was needed and how it was to be accomplished in my time of panic and need. Power was restored quickly with his help. Pricing was extremely fair for the emergency needs and I highly recommend High Ground Electric for any and all electrical needs.

Sharing an exceptional service story that occurred on the weekend. I had a circuit breaker I thought was failed. I called several electrician businesses and kept getting a voicemail or an answering service. When I called High Ground Electric, someone answered to discuss the issue and weekend rates. Before having an electrician come to my home, Todd whom I talked to requested pictures of the circuit breaker, panel and the issue. Sent this information and he was able to provide some tips to resolve the issue. This saved me time and money. It is incredible, he was looking out to resolve, if possible, by cell phone to avoid the service call. This is a great business, highly recommend for electrical issues.

Today a very professional electrician from High Ground Electric drove through snow clogged traffic to install an electric heater in my house that had burned out. The installation was quick, he checked everything thoroughly before he left. This is the second time I used High Ground Electric. The first time I had some GFI outlets that had to be replaced.
