High point roofing was awesome to work with.Chris took care of everything...from meeting.with our adjuster to addressing all my concerns personally with the foreman of the roofing crew. The crew did a great job.Cleanup was great. As a contractor myself, I very much appreciate the attention to detail!

We recently worked with Chris Caceres at High Point Roofing… he was awesome!! He literally took care of and handled everything involving our new roof and all other hail damage he found. Hail damage to our roof required a complete roof replacement. Chris and the installation crew from High Point Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. Chris met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof and make certain that all issues with the roof were identified and included in the insurance claim. The installation of the new shingles and job site cleanup were both excellent. Chris was always available and went out of his way to ensure that we would be completely satisfied. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and the staff at High Point. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had high hopes but was ultimately let down by terrible communication, false promises, and poorly submitted claims. The initial sales pitch from Paul included a fancy folder of testimonials from major projects and well-known people. I was cautious given I was just a normal house, but he assured me high point would make my numerous hail damage claims (roof, paint, screens, gutters) easy and hassle-free. After agreeing to work with them, I heard nothing for a few weeks until I followed up to see what was going on. Eventually the roof was replaced but not without some frustration given the roofers worked into darkness after we kindly asked them numerous times to please stop until morning so our sick kids could get some sleep.
