Update:: Whole point of review was did not keep appointment i scheduled nor returned call......Hope others are treated better or find different repair services Ridiculous company don't hire! They come look at my refrigerator ($75) and says oh I cant get that part have to call LG.... they send wrong part because of his vague part name... replace every fan on on refrigerator still having problems. Call back set another appointment with his office and he calls. Tells me what to look for and if its compressor that probably wanna just replace same price. Tell him I'll do that and cancel if it doesn't look like he said. Everything looks fine so I DONT CANCEL. Call an hr after their window of 8am-noon they say oh ur not on the books for appointment..... I'll have him call u! No callback straight
