High Profile Grounds Maintenance

Complete disregard for personal property - the company I work for uses this company. They will cut the grass with the mower chute aiming at vehicles, weed whip right next to your vehicle (the side of my truck completely covered in grass) and then they will use the high powered leaf blowers in the parking lot and blowing debris all over the parked vehicles. Zero respect - I’d find a another service.

Absolutely wonderful to work with - communication was fast and clear and everything was done beautifully. I feel like we had a lot of work done too and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated that the irrigation folks were in contact with the landscaping folks and were able to combine visits and not have to redo each other's work - a small thing, but I've been burned before. I'll definitely be coming back for future landscaping and irrigation work!

It looks like this company has a culture of reckless, aggressive, and irresponsible employees. Today, a driver of one of these red trucks was tailgating me on Highway 100 in Crystal. I was stuck behind a driver doing 60 ( which is the speed limit) when this Chevrolet 3500 license plate number CBA-813 comes barreling up to my bumper. I'm trying to get around the car in front of me as well when he guns it past me, giving me the finger. Obviously, there was a vehicle in front of me, so I'm not sure why i got the finger. I did catch up to him and got the vehicle info. I tried emailing the company, but the email no longer exists. I personally would search out a better company for your grounds maintenance needs.

I've never seen my husband so happy to mow the lawn!! I, myself, am amazed as I walk through our yard and see how thick our lawn has become with beautiful grass. We've used High Profile for a number of years, wanting to avoid anything toxic on our property, and now with little grandchildren, it's even more important to us. The fertilization and Weed Buster programs have worked wonderfully and I think the HP core aeration and over-seeding we had done last fall did the trick (plus this year's rains) for thickening up our lawn and crowding out the weeds! Hooray! Very happy!

The guy driving the High Profile plow truck gunned it when turning from Boone Ave N to Hwy 55 heading Eastbound fish tailing as he entered Hwy 55. The crew didn't secure there snow shovels and gear in their truck and it fell out on 2/22 on Hwy 55 and Winnetka. They then realized items flew out of the truck and made an illegal u turn on Hwy 55 and Glenwood. Very dangerous and unprofessional. I called the company to complain and they are closed because of snow. This is a snow plow company not open or taking calls on a day with 3 inches of snow. They left a number for a gentleman who was supposed to be the Manager and doesn't work for them and either worked for them, works with them or as part of a larger organization. This company appears to not have it together
