I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service follow up on my home project. It was almost a year since I received new kitchen ceramic tile from this company and carpeting coating approximately a little over 10,000.It was established that there were 3 layers that needed to be replaced and I was in agreement with the price provided. The grout began coming up and the tiles were shifting. The owner Frank came to access and sent his workers who stated there was no need to re grout because I would have the same problem soon. He fired those guys and sent another crew who said the exact same thing. I was given a 4000 price to correct their problem, Frank stated that I would have to pay have and he wasn’t budging.
