Our 50+ years old church building basement needed some serious renovation and Pete's carpet service delivers top quality services!!. From the phone call to get the estimate and appointment to actual work, I can't complaint about anything. All people who work on the project are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pete who is owner of the business not do the flooring work but also other area of the basement with very reasonable price. All our church members are very satisfied and pleased with the final result. I definitely recommend Pete's carpet service to anyone who is looking for quality service and yet reasonable price with great work ethic. Pete's Carpet Service did an amazing job again. They installed at our old house in Bolingbrook a few years ago as well as our new home in Plainfield last week and did a fantastic job both times. Pete comes out to quote and is far more reasonably priced and helpful than any of the larger carpet companies that quoted us before. He took great care in helping us find what we wanted and has great suggestions on what is a necessary improvement versus unnecessary. He doesn't try to upsell you to the most expensive items but let's you know the sweet spot of quality and pricing to get what you are looking for. After getting a quote from a large chain carpet company we decided to try Pete’s. Ana was very patient and accommodating as we narrowed our selections. She provided us with samples and encouraged us to take our time. Pete did a great job measuring and discussing options for the transition strips that were needed. Charlie and the installation team worked diligently and neatly to install new carpet on our second floor and stairs. Everything went smoothly and the job was completed as scheduled. We recommend Pete’s for the fair pricing, great customer service, and excellent workmanship.
