High Quality landscapes

Do not hire Marcus Ediel Sotelo/High Quality Landscapes under any circumstances. Like many others, he scammed me and my fiance for work he was supposed to do back in April. Mr. Sotelo initially seemed very nice and motivated when he quoted us our contract. However, he asked for half of the money in our contract up front for expenses. I made the rookie mistake of agreeing as this was my first experience with a contractor. Clearly I was an easy mark. Mr. Sotelo partially finished one task (out of 6-7), started on another, then asked for more money for renting heavy equipment. Against my better judgment, I gave it to him.
