High Sierra Pools

High Sierra Pools has been servicing our pool at Century Clearbrook for over 5 years, and we’ve had an excellent experience. The lifeguards are always punctual, professional, and friendly, which makes a huge difference for our residents. The supervisors and managers also do a great job communicating with us and addressing any needs promptly. We truly appreciate their consistency and reliability each season. Highly recommend!

Their team is highly professional, ensuring that all aspects of pool maintenance, safety, and customer satisfaction are met to the highest standards. The staff is attentive, responsive, and well-trained, making them a top choice for reliable and quality pool management.

There is a lifeguard that is on staff at Renn Quarter Pool daily and her demeanor has become increasingly confrontational. I have observed her displaying disrespect towards many female owners and guests, conducting pass checks irregularly, and enforcing rules inconsistently. Her behavior towards a disabled gentleman was particularly disturbing, demonstrating a lack of empathy and support which should never be allowed. Additionally there is poor attention to detail with cleaning as the bathrooms are always in a terrible state. I would never recommend this pool management company.
