Edward was fantastic! He and his team were fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. He made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, while also being very accommodating to our schedule. I will definitely be recommending him and High Speed Rooter and Plumbing to everyone I know.

Company maintained clear communication with delays due to emergency job, which was appreciated. Rescheduling date and time was on time and again continued communication. The technician was professional and easy going, even when they came to a job site when a DIY project went wrong. Technician explained what I did wrong without being a snob, so the service was pleasant. Considering locking them as a prime plumber for my future needs.

Customer service was great. I had additional questions on pricing and she had a tech return my call almost immediately. Ryan answered my concerns and we set up an appointment. Tech Eric showed up and he was the nicest kid that explained everything without making me feel like I was asking too many questions. This guy was knowledgeable, clear on what the problem was, what he was going to do to fix the issue, and cleaned up after himself. The pricing to fix my sink was beyond reasonable. I’d definitely call them back for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Eric!

My experience with High Speed Rooter was excellent and I'll tell you why: 1. Customer service: I am thoroughly impressed by the way they kept me in the loop throughout the plumber's journey to my house; I was notified when there was a slight change. 2. Short timeframe: It's evident that High Speed has their customers best interest in mind because you are given a two hour time frame for the plumber to arrive at your home. 3. Price: I replaced a brand new water heater, fixed my toilet, installed a new faucet, had plumbing fixed.... Yup! I dared to have all of that done because High Speed made it affordable. 4. Matt and his crew came through repairing the main sewer line that was in bad shape at the property that just seemed like a daunting task 😩 to repair. Matt definitely went the extra mile! I highly recommend Matt. He’s extremely detail-oriented, professional, and literally—he can fix/repair anything! 🙌🏼Makes it look so easy too! Always Showed up on time.
