Royalty Plumbing and Drain

When we discovered there might be a possible leak in our ceiling and called Royalty Plumbing, they were very nice and was able to schedule someone out early the next morning. Especially during the busy holiday season, we were very grateful they were able to come out so quickly. Johnathan the technician that came out was great with communicating when he was on his way and when he got here, he was very efficient and got to work right away. He did a great job of preparing the area so as to not make a mess and protected our kitchen area and also cleaned up after he was done. He was able to find and fix our issue. He also ask and listened to our concerns and recommended solutions for the future but without being pushy or trying to upsell us on anything. Before he left he went and made sure ever

I noticed the water in the utility room floor drain was sitting way too high and barely moving, so I called to have someone take a look before the next load of laundry. Eddie was great about walking me through exactly what was happening with the old cast iron pipes and he showed me where the buildup was starting to restrict the flow. He didn’t just rush through the fix but took the time to make sure the pressure was consistent throughout the house after he cleared the line. It is nice to deal with someone who actually pays attention to the technical side of the plumbing instead of just doing a quick patch job.

This is a great business. The technicians are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The service is incredible and the price is very reasonable. Jonathan and his crew Uriel and Sonny were awesome. Jonathan gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the situation (we had a collapsed main line AND root invasion), and the crew worked nonstop until everything was resolved. I will be calling them anytime I have a plumbing issue in the future. They were awesome.

My home main water line broke at the worst possible time and location (inside the foundation slab). Eddie and Chris from Royalty Plumbing seriously saved the day. They showed up just a few hours after I called, quickly found the leak, and got straight to work. Finding a gas leak late in the evening is terrifying, but Royalty Plumbing managed to get someone out to my place by the very next morning. Chris was the technician who handled the job, and he was great about walking me through the investigation and laying out a few different ways we could tackle the repair. What stood out to me was that he actually listened when I suggested an alternative approach I felt more comfortable with, and he made it work perfectly instead of just forcing his own way on me.
