Having your drivers begin work in residential neighborhoods before 6:30 a.m. is unreasonable. Starting pumps and engines directly outside people’s windows at that hour is disruptive, unacceptable, and a violation of local noise ordinances. Your driver was courteous and acknowledged that he was placed in this position by company scheduling, which suggests the issue lies with company policy rather than the employee in the field. Please adjust your scheduling practices and do better at respecting the residents in the neighborhoods where you operate.

We have been with this company managing our residential landscape. They promised an upgrade to our appearance and thus far after two years they have missed the mark. We have given them notice we must see immediate changes or we will be seeking other bids for our services. They have promised to improve so we shall see.

This company is a trip. My car was damaged by there workers and management refused to contact me. I will be exposed them on every social media and news platform. If I don't receive a call today. I'm serious! Pay for messing up my car!!!!!

Next time you decide to shred leaves and branches at 6:30 a.m. in front of people’s homes, at least make sure you’re not displaying your company logo. Don’t call these guys unless you want to deal with angry neighbors early in the morning

THIS COMPANY ROUTINELY SENDS CREWS INTO A CITY WITH A NOISE CODE ORDINANCE BEFORE 6 AM. I CLOCKED THE DECIBELS LESS THAN 100 FT FROM MY HOME AND THEY WERE IN EXCESS OF 200 DB. IF YOU CALL THE MANAGEMENT, THEY IGNORE CALLS. ALSO, THEY HIRE ILLEGAL WORKERS.
