Watch Out! It's a real shame that we decided to use Highland Mechanical to service our furnace when we were having trouble. The reviews that we read online suggested that they were a trustworthy source; Unfortunately we learned otherwise. For the home owner or business owner looking for good honest service, I urge you to search elsewhere and not make the same mistake that we did. We first called them to fix an issue that was causing the furnace to do an emergency shut off because the flame was going out, we were charged $130 for them to drive out and turn the furnace off and back on again and say that it looks good. When the problem came back we called them again and they recommended a cleaning and inspection, which they did including an inspection of the oil line, they immediately said t
