We hired Highland Roofing Co. to replace our roof in October 2025. We worked with the owner, Scott from start to finish. We filed the claim with our homeowners insurance company and he worked with them and made the entire claims process very easy. We were able to also replace our gutters and window screens and stain our fence. Scott was professional, very responsive and timely with the work. He provided photos of the work as it was being completed and updates. He was very transparent about recommendations. He gave his honest opinion about replacement of certain items and didn’t try to upsale us which we appreciated. He upgraded our shingles to Impact Level 3 for free which saved us $2K on our homeowners insurance after the work was completed. Scott has been in the industry for a while and

Service was one of the best I've ever experienced. He's truly a man of his word I can't say enough about his work and his crew. And he guarantees his work if you have any issues he comes back and makes sure it's good. Our son and daughter also used him and his crew and they both were happy with his work. I have been dreading the necessary replacement of my roof for a while now, not wanting to deal with insurance and the whole hassle of it all. Thankfully, Scott came in clutch and guided me through the process, handling a lot of the stuff I was worried about. The crews just finished up and did a great job! There was an interior leak that Scott got approved as well. The crews were so quick and efficient, finishing everything inside and out all in one day. The roof and interior looks great! I’m so excited to check this off the to do list and no longer have to see that ugly hole in my wall anymore (and not worry about the damage that it is causing)!
