It's been two years since Summit replaced my entire HVAC system - unit, ducts, vents, the whole deal. I can't recommend this family business enough. Barrett is honest, hardworking, and sharp. We got about 10 different quotes and not only did they offer the most robust analyses, recommendation, and explanation, they also brought the most fair price. And here's the kicker... we had a minor issue adjacent to the system about 6 months after install (not due to anything Summit had done but related to our water heater draining into the AC... don't ask!) but Barrett fixed the issue anyway, and fixed the water heater while he was at it!

Barrett came out as quickly as he could after we gave him a call. He was extremely polite and professional - gave us the facts about the issue we had and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this company!

Great experience!!! We were having difficulties with a prior company resulting in us going on 3 weeks with no AC. A friend referred us to Summit HVAC & Construction, and the next morning they arrived at our house to investigate. The problems were identified the same morning, a quote was provided promptly, and a portable AC unit was issued to us for relief as they awaited parts. Part arrived for the our upstairs unit two days later. That unit was repaired and is now operational. Two days after that, parts came in for my our downstairs unit which is now operational.
