We met Steve at his store, and he was very helpful. We picked out the laminate floor we wanted. Once it arrived, an installation date was set up. Our time was set up for 9:30am, and Steve and the crew showed up on time. Installation was very professionally done. They were in and out the same day. We're very happy with the finished product. I'd highly recommend using them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Just called looking for carpet. Guy that answered seemed like he was out to lunch. Didn't answer phone with business name only a hello...ummm I'm not calling my husband. Awful phone etiquette and told me to not bother since they do mostly tile right now. Said this isn't the place and hung up. Obviously not getting my carpet business and not getting my tile business either.
