I recently had a new garage door installed by High Level Garage Doors and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation took about three hours and everything went smoothly. The technicians, Justin and Lloyd, were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. They explained how everything works, removed my old garage door, and cleaned up the area before they left. The whole process was simple, efficient, and stress-free. The new door looks great and works perfectly. AND, their estimate was $700 less than the others we received! We recently had HighLevel Garage Doors out to install a new set of doors for us. We’ve lived in our home for over a decade so our doors have withstood years of growing kids and a few “run ins” with vehicles. We were ready for some curb appeal.. and HighLevel did not fail! Picking our doors was a breeze with the ability to design based off our preferences - it felt like we could customize just about every piece of the door, from the style to windows/no windows, the quality/price level, down to the final touches like hardware/no hardware. High Level Garage was truly a "high level" experience from start to finish. The gentlemen on site were cordial and efficient in their work. They replaced our aging door with something of much higher quality, complete with upgraded hardware and windows (tons of great options for a custom touch). My wife appreciated that they confirmed the hardware location with us before installing to ensure we would be 100% happy with the look. After all was said and done, we love the new life this door has breathed into our humbled single stall, as well as the upgraded tracks and spring system completed during the same visit. Our existing opener is now whisper quiet, which I would have thought would have required a complete replacement. Very happy with High Level and crew!

We had HighLevel install a new garage door at our home and we couldn't be happier about the experience! First, they have a great selection of beautiful doors, we went with this "wood look" door, which not only looks very convincing and high-quality, but is a very well-built door overall. The techs, Lloyd and Justin, were friendly and professional. Once they arrived, they very quickly installed the new door and spring, a brand new keypad, and a new super quiet lift. Throughout the visit, care and attention was shown to correctly balancing and programming everything and instructing us on how to use our new door. If we ever need garage doors in the future, we'll definitely be calling HighLevel!

My garage door would not open. I called High Level and these guys came out immediately. I was impressed that they could accommodate me. The technician was great.
