High’s was recommended to us by our roofing company Seneca Creek. Matt and company arrived right on time and even had little booties to cover their shoes in my house! We walked on the inside and the outside to get a sense of where a leakage might be coming from. The roofers told me to have the chimney examined. High’s listened to EVERYTHING! They were so polite and helpful. They were friendly and as we were walking around the house, I asked them about another brick problem with our front steps. No problem, said Matt. Our experience with High's Chimney Service this past week was nothing short of excellent and we highly recommend them. Our technician, Mike Franek, could not have been more helpful and his expertise, professionalism and care was more than we could have asked or hoped for. He very patiently and expertly examined our gas fireplace based on our concerns and diagnosed the problem giving us options to consider after providing us with the detailed information we would need to do so. Mike also performed much needed maintenance to include a thorough cleaning and by the time he was finished, it looked to be brand new!
