Recent new management, they are quite messy. This is a poor choice for a long term stay. 1. The charge isn't automated, so you must physically pay them every month. 2. The key cards do not work as intended. 3. The manager told me if I do not move my car in less than 24 hours, I will be towed because they are having some sort of event. This was told without any prior notice, and I am a paying customer. I parked exactly where I was told. 4. The new management has taken a lot more time of mine than ideal.

This is a SCAM! It will automatically end your parking rental when max daily reached. Then stared a new rental plus processing fee because you didn't do it. Check the play store reviews (not the fake scores).

My college student daughter pays $230 a month to park here. The car was stolen from this lot. We got the car back but the plates are missing. We are trying to reach someone to ask for security footage of theft, and ask some questions about safety and security going forward. Days later and several messages, nobody will call us back. An answering service picks up, they are polite but unable to help us. Look elsewhere!

Staff were not friendly. Lower levels are dimly lit. Daily monthly parking runs 135$ (as of Jan 2020). Monthly overnight runs about $170. Cash or check only. Better parking alternatives are available elsewhere for an extra ($30-$70). If processional/friendly staff and parking security are important factors for you, I would not park here.

This is a PRIVATE yes PRIVATE parking lot, and you don't have to pay for parking. If you get a violation, make sure not to pay any money since it's privately owned its illegal for them to send it for collection or to report it to DMV. If you pay them it's just a donation not a ticket. Make sure to Google the info, and don't pay any money.
