I can’t recommend Hill Country Environmental Services enough. Their work ethic is top-notch—they were super professional and didn't cut any corners. It’s hard to find people this dependable nowadays, but they got our septic cleaned and pumped without any hassle. The owner, Buddy, is a great guy and a total man of his word. He did exactly what he said he would and was completely reliable throughout the whole process. If you need septic work done by someone honest and hardworking, Buddy is your guy. thanks again HCES!

Our septic system was installed by a local company in the Spicewood area, about four year ago. They couldn’t figure out why our system was not processing water to the septic field. Buddy came out pumped the system, and said he was 99% sure that a pipe was probably broken. He was fast, friendly, responsive, and professional. It’s hard to find companies that exhibit these qualities.

I had been under a maintenance contract with another local septic company, and that company completely failed to provide services agreed upon. I called Buddy, he and his team came out and within minutes had my entire system broken down, informed me what needed to be done, how to alleviate the issues and get back to a clean, functioning system. Everything from the pump, to cleaning filters, to running sprinkler heads to bypass the underground drip lines was done perfectly. These guys know what they're doing, and know how to execute it in a very timely manner. I could not be happier with their services, or with how they are hands on and educate you on your system and everything they're doing, step by step. First class operation and would recommend them to anybody needing septic services.

Buddy and his brother James (Jimmy) absolutely helped us with out septic system and so much more. They did everything within 2 days and it was a huge job. I cannot recommend them enough! Stand up guys with amazing customer service.

Unfortunately we've had a few issues with our septic system and they always seem to be pretty urgent. All 3 times, Buddy (or one of his employees) came out almost immediately and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Before finding H.C.E., we've tried other septic companies, and none of them gave the same level of service and at a reasonable price that H.C.E. does. Highly recommended if you want fast, professional and friendly service !
