You never want to hear “sorry your tankless water heaters (plural) did not withstand the low temps experienced by HSB” I even had water collecting in the electrical outlets. I had to replace two heaters … my builder put the tankless heaters on the exterior of my home and they are not built to withstand freezing temps. New Navien tankless hot water heaters were installed with meticulous precision. It was a lengthy install and no steps were missed.
