The lady was very rude and the problem was not fixed. When I asked for a detailed invoice there was little description. Was told they do not warranty their drain work.

Last week I booked an appt which was confirmed for 12/22( my only day off) to have a faucet repaired. I was sent a confirmation text and voice message confirming the appt. Connie called today to confirm my service for today. I called the office to clarify my appt was for tomorrow…. the receptionist informed me that ‘they’ decided on Monday to be off Friday. My parents used Hill plumbing and I’ve also used Hill Plumbing in the past. If when they determined to be off on Monday I had been called, I might could have had someone there today but since I wasn’t contacted until today…. I could not. Needless to say I booked with another company.

I got lucky and found Hill Plumbing Services after the February blizzard and no electricity caused our Tankless Hot Water Heaters to freeze and burst. After contacting 9 different plumbers, I was convinced that they all would be gouging the consumer during this difficult time. NOT Hill Plumbing Services! They were the ONLY service that did NOT increase their normal hourly rates and were able to quickly work me into their schedule. They were professional and knowledgeable, came as promised, and were able to replace both tankless heaters in 1.5 hours! Saved me several hundred $$$ from what the others wanted to charge! I can't thank you enough Hill Plumbing and will highly recommend you to everyone!

These guys were FAST! The other plumbers I got quoted from said I would be without plumbing for 2-3 days. Hill Plumbing showed up on time, and were done by lunch. The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent Excellent Excellent.

Pro’s: came out super quick for an emergency leak, workers were nice. Con’s: came unprepared. Told them there was atleast 6inches of standing water and they didn’t bring a pump, used mine, my bucket and cups. Their hourly labor fee is high and starts the moment they arrive. They don’t allow anytime to examine the problem. They wouldn’t tell me costs until after the job was done, estimate they gave upon arrival was much much lower then the total ending price. Didn’t clean up after themselves. Tried to negotiate a discount or lower price with workers and wouldn’t budge. Called the Office to make payment and they knocked off 25 dollars. Total cost was 375 for 20 dollars in parts and 2 hours and 20 min of labor. Actual work only took 30 minutes, lengthy part was waiting for my pump to drain
