As someone else noted, don't show up early. There's a TA five minutes away. I'm sure the facility is fine, the recent reviews are good. You need a sign at the gate telling drivers to stage on the entry road and wait for instruction to enter the gate. I can't imagine your check in guards haven't asked for that since the beginning of time.

Great experience making a delivery here. They had me unloaded in just 30 minutes. The staff was courteous and professional. The warehouse was fairly easy to find as it's just a mile or so away from the I-35. There's plenty of room to back into the two docks that they have for unloading. There are multiple truck stops nearby which is an added convenience. I really don't have any complaints. I would take another delivery here to this location without issue.

I would like to say that I just got loaded by Lucy and she was very helpful! I didn't need to tell her how to load my trailer correctlyshe was a natural!!!!!! She even turn the shingles the correct way so that they're supporting each other at the ends! Best customer service! I can't wait to come back! Thank you Lucy have a blessed day!!!!

4 Hours to get loaded and arrived 5 minutes Before APPOINTMENT... They were letting Friends/Relatives of Employees Cut in Line who also had no PPE when stepping out of trucks. If my company ever sends me here again, I'm going to DEMAND MORE MONEY for putting up with the hassle and lack of professionalism.

It’s nice to see all of the five star reviews I haven’t been here yet, was scheduled to load today, but my delivery (not associated with IKO) that was supposed to occur at 9 AM. Probably won’t be completed until mid afternoon so it looks like I’m going to miss the load. Just wanted to comment on the reviews that are whining about having to have a hardhat. If you’re going to drive a truck, you need to buy yourself a hardhat, a safety vest, safety, glasses, and steel toed boots. Rant over
