I would give them 10 stars if I could.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality paving company! Gino & Jayson we’re beyond helpful during the process. They were transparent and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Clean job site & all the guys were respectful and kind.

Great hard working crew, including the owner. Call them for a free estimate. I had a complete tear off with more stone added & flattened and then new asphalt laid down. They have been doing this for years and know their stuff. I was very pleased with their work at a very fair price.

Hill Top did an exceptional job. In my experience it is hard to find a reliable and professional asphalt contractor and Hill Top was both and the owner Geno was on the job the entire time.

I tried to call Hilltop, but only got an answering machine. So, here's my beef. Hilltop has no concern for public traffic safety. They are paving a driveway on Rte 350 at the corner of Greenview Drive in Walworth. They do not have NYS DOT compliant signage or flag persons on Rte 350. Further, they have parked dumptrucks, traillers, pickup trucks, etc. heading east on the west bound lane of Greenview Drive without any safety cones, flag persons, etc. limiting acccess to one lane. I complained to the town and they told me to call the sheriff. I talked to someone at the sheriffs office. They told me to call 911 to have an officer dispached. I didn't call the 911 because I didn't want to make the neighbor irate and I have to live here. If you're getting a good price, it may be becau
