Highly recommend for complex underground water issues!! We live downhill in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with a natural spring on our property - our sump pump was going off every 2-7 minutes year-round. I had several contractors out, but no one took the problem seriously or couldn't figure it out. Most just wanted to fix the surface issue and move on. Hiller Excavating was different. Rodney listened, asked smart questions, and truly understood how complex the situation was. He kept me updated before and during the job, which made a huge difference. He installed nearly 150 feet of drain and waterproofed the front basement wall for a great price. It will take a few weeks to see the results, but for the first time, I feel hopeful.
