Jeff was amazing! Very thorough, and quick to respond! I contacted him on Monday, inspection was done Wednesday, and by the time I woke up Thursday we had our report. Jeff was the absolute best! I have unfortunately needed 2 home inspections in the last year (first deal fell through). After meeting & using Jeff the first time I did not hesitate to call him for the second inspection. He answered all of my many questions and explained everything very thoroughly each time. He did a walk through with me to show me exactly what he was talking about and what would be in his report. Jeff was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail. He arrived early to inspect the exterior and answered all our questions/ concerns thoroughly. Jeff was so nice and made sure I understood everything he pointed out. Very easy to talk to but not so laid back that he doesn't do his job, because HE DOES GREAT. If I were to ever need an inspection again or if anyone were to ask I would absolutely recommend him without a second thought. This was a great inspection experience as a first-time home buyer!
