Hilliard Heating & Air Conditioning

My boiler quit working a couple days ago, I called a company before Hilliard because they were the only ones open at the time. The first company representative honestly didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. They said we needed new parts and a new boiler. Quoted me $17,000. He turned off my boiler so “ it wouldn’t put more wear and tear on our system”. I called Hilliard the next day for another quote.they showed up on time and eager to work on a Sunday! They said we’re lucky our pipes didn’t freeze. They replaced my thermo coupler, cleaned my boiler and did some regular maintenance, my boiler fired right up. $228. 10 out 10 would would reccomend to everyone! Thank you so much Hilliard! You’ve just gained a permanent customer! 👏

Would highly recommend you contact Hilliard if you have any issues,!! Professional, courteous service all around from owner to repair yech to office staff. Our tankless water heater was not heating. Talked to Terry at 8:05 am on a Thursday. Scheduled Bailey to come out at 10:30 am same day. Diagnosed issue, ordered part (main control circuit board) for next day delivery as we had company coming for the weekend. Part came in Friday mid day and Bailey was back out by 2:30 pm to install it. Upon install another issue was detected and another part (wiring harness) was ordered. Did not rush order as unit was working. Received call Monday at 2pm part came in and Bailey was back out Tuesday morning to install. I will not hesitate to call them for future work

These guys are great. I called them on a Saturday morning for a furnace that wasn’t working and they were out by noon and had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour and a half. Very reasonable cost as well.

I want to give a big shout out to Hilliard Heating & Air Conditioning. Last night at some point we lost our furnace and when we woke up and contacted Hilliards they had a quick response and got us back up and running quick. Thank you Terry for keeping my children warm. Terry took his time to explain the problem and was a true god send during these holidays.

I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company to do work for anyone. Had them out to my mother-in-law's house 3 different times and they could not resolve her issue with her furnace. I talked to Terry on the phone and he was supposed to send me a copy of his quote to replace her furnace and air conditioner which never happened. He was supposed to send me a copy of my receipt for the work he had done that I gave him my credit card for which never happened. He then had someone call my mopther-in-law a couple of weeks later to schedule an appointment to replace parts in her furnace which he never made me or my Mother-in-law aware of and when I called him to discuss he was extremely rude and unprofessional and in the end told me that if I was not aware of what the call was about then he was
