I can understand why they went out of business, Gary builds decks and he built us a really bad deck and did not finish it and built the stairs wrong, So my advice to you is never hire Gary.

Very helpful, personal service from the owner, and they had just what I needed. It's a convenient location for those on the east side of the lake!

The guy that owns the place is insufferable. Bad "advice" and bad attitude abound. The lady is helpful, but having to deal with the guy's condescending commentary in the background makes the extra drive to Gilroys, Home Depot, or even Wilds all the way on the other side of town worth the time. Not surprising the place is always empty given his attitude towards customers.

I've been there 3 times over the years and each time the woman was less than helpful. Getting a straight forward honest answer from her was like pulling teeth.

Great locally owned hardware store. The owners are helpful and friendly. I am grateful they stay open year round even though the area empties out in the winter.
