Andre and Cliff did a neat professional looking install of complete 2 1/2 ton Lenox residential HVAC system. For being a maintenance contract customer, Hilliard’s provided prompt scheduling and a fair price. For the flat price they tended to all of the little things to assure the new inside and outside components were installed in a much more professional manner than the previous system installers had plus whatever closet improvements were required to meet current inspection standards. All Hilliard’s personnel that we have interacted with for several years have been knowledgeable and polite. Always pleasant and informative conversations with all representatives. Somebody is leading good team development at Hilliard’s.

Great customer service and communication. From beginning to the end they did a great job. It started with a service call a few days earlier and led to needing a new unit. The service guy was great as always. They arrived on time and worked the entire day even though my house made it difficult. I received any brand new Lennox unit. The install guys were fantastic and took a lot of time to make sure everything was right. They also corrected a couple issues on my house to make the house more functional. Cliff and Andre replaced an existing heat pump with a 2.5 ton Lenox system. The installation looks great and the equipment has been operating flawlessly for a week.
