Prime example of local company that is eager to service your needs. Called yesterday for a simple pumping, they showed up 10am this morning (after a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way). Two knowledgeable young guys get to work, to discover the concrete lid is in pieces, not particularly surprising given the age of the home. Although they knew what they were doing, they still reached out to the supervisor to confirm the next move- No reschedule needed, he shows up 10 minutes later. Now there’s 4 guys here including the supervisor, and after taking a closer look, he’s willing to go grab a new lid and come back again just to make sure it gets done today. And it did.
