These people are rude. The say they don't do residential but their website clearly has a residential tab and tells you to contact them about residential service. Lame waste of time, glad I dodged them based on the attitude I got from the lady answering the phone. They are also liars, if you see below one review had the exact same problem and she said the website crashed but they fixed the "residential" issue. Not true,their website still is exactly the same. Stop wasting people's time!

One of the drivers was being unprofessional on Hwy 40 so I called, He almost ran us both off the road, the dispatcher was very concerned and stating this is not how their business is ran. She cared compassionate on the phone.

Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. Last winter my water heater wasn't working and they were able to come out and fix it really quickly for me. Very friendly over the phone and in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing service.

Only made a phone call for quick inquiry, but the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Listened and was happy to answer my questions to the best of their ability, not knowing the exact situation. Would definitely use them if I had a true plumbing issue!
