Trent is a dependable, hardworking plumber that charges fair prices and has an outstanding reputation in the community. He completed the work we required for a fraction of what someone else would have charged us and was more responsive and professional in his communication! I can't recommend Hillside enough!

I am always very satisfied with Trent's professionalism and work ethic! I've had him perform several jobs for me personally and at my businesses, and every time he is prompt, communicative, and thorough! When we had a floor drain back up, he came when I called and fixed our problem, even though he had recently had an injury and was working 1 handed. I had him install a new valve and shower fixture at my house; the job was completed in a couple of hours and he didn't mind when I bothered him with follow-up questions a few days later about my water heater. He was happy to give advice. I had him replace an electric water heater in a rental house and the work was exceptional. Trent did some work for me and I was very pleased. He was here when he said he would be here. He is reasonably priced and he cleaned up after himself when the job was done! Plumbers are hard to get, thankfully I found a good one I can depend on.

I called yesterday because a hot water line under my sink cracked with the snowy weather. The person who answered was nice & said they'd pass my info to the plumber who would be calling me soon. I made it clear I didn't want to shut my water off because I didn't want to risk all the lines freezing and having no water til Friday when the weather starts to warm back up enough to thaw the lines. 4 hours later & having to divert the leak so I can dump a bucket every 15 mins & I had my husband call... thinking maybe it's because I'm a woman, that they took me less seriously (like how you send a man to have your car taken to a mechanic so you don't get over charged... lol), but he too got the same response.
