I’m new to the area and not yet familiar with the local insects here in Kansas. I reached out to Universal to learn about their pest control services, and I’m glad I did. Katrina was extremely helpful—she clearly explained the services offered, the costs involved, and what a monthly maintenance plan would look like. She also got me scheduled for an onsite visit very quickly. Rod arrived promptly and was very professional. He thoroughly inspected my home, identified areas to be treated, answered all of my questions, and explained additional services that could be added to enhance my protection plan. Overall, I've had a great experience with both Katrina and Rod. I feel much more confident about keeping my home pest-free with Universal’s help.

Dwight went above and beyond when he came to do my termite inspection. It turns out there was no termite damage, but he was extremely thorough and helped educate me during the inspection. Always call on Universal Pest Control and steer clear of the Centracon or other bait systems as they’re proven to be ineffective and a waste of money. If you call on Universal, rest assure your problem will be taken care of.
