Their communication was outstanding—every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always knew what was happening with our pool installation. The entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which gave us a lot of confidence in their work. We admittedly asked a lot of questions along the way, and they were always quick to respond without ever making us feel like a burden or getting frustrated with us. I was having problems with a newer pump on a Friday. I called and left Hillside a VM. They sent someone outside of their normal service hours over the weekend to come trouble shoot my issue since I let them know we were having an important party later that weekend. The Hillside difference is real. They should be the only partner for your pool.

Needed a new Dolphin pool cleaner. They explained the different models very well. Answered all my questions. No pressure to buy something I didn't need. When I did decide on which one would work for me, they explained the warranty registration procedure. Then they carried it out and put it in my truck. Very impressive service.

Mick is an angel, we really needed a part to get a heater working, he was in the area with the part and stopped by and took care of it, every time he comes by, he is super friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate him so much.

These guys really don’t know what they are doing. We had them do work and nothing they tried fixed the problem. After replacing sand and other things , we still had the same filtration problem. Because they said the only thing they could do was replace the entire filter unit which would be a few thousand dollars, I called around, had another company come out and the problem was fixed the same day without having to replace the entire filtration unit. It was a simple propeller which should have been caught on any one of their visits. Definitely call another company for a second opinion and price check. We will most likely have to waste a bunch of time with them on a court case. They are like the shady mechanic who you go see for an oil change and they say you need your transmission re
