One of the BEST experiences I have had with appliance repair/maintenance. Brett showed up right on time, worked very hard and efficiently, cleaned up prior to leaving, and was a great guy to boot. I will definitely be calling these guys again in the future if needed.
By far the most unethical and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive. Can't do anything right other than provide incorrect information and waste time. Fraudulent charges. Avoid them like the plague. You'll have more luck getting things repaired by picking up a random homeless person on the street, giving them a free cigarette and letting them have at the appliance.
The only problem is that one of their workers almostbcaused a head on collision on the mountain road going to kona because he was over taking a bunch of cars
I was greeted with a smile and was assisted very professionally.
All the repair guys are fabulous.
