The samples for Fresh Fine bark are NOT representative of the POWDER they have in the bin. The samples are small pieces of bark. They give you black powder. It's kind of a "bait and switch". Really disappointing.

Mike came out to Murphy at no charge to look at our property and advise us on our best landscape solution. We ordered soil plus and it was brought out within a couple days. Their crew was efficient and polite, they cleaned up and we were very impressed. Next we ordered a bark material to be blown in and their crew again was polite, efficient and cleaned up. We highly recommend Hilton.

** EDIT**. After some persistant follow-up they ended up writing me a check for the difference. I was pleased with the outcome. If I could give them a zero I would. Very disappointed in my rock delivery almost 2 weeks ago. I was overcharged almost by $300 and after contacting a manager, he could not give me any information on why. The gentleman spoke to me as if I was an idiot And not they couldn’t possibly be wrong and have made a mistake. Asked to speak to the owner, but he was out of town. The manager took my information and said he would pass it along to him so he can call me to discuss, that never happened. I sent them an email. I'd like to start off by saying that this is the first time I've used this facility. The field crew is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful! If this was just a rating for them, they would get five stars. The office personnel on the other hand are not so great, I was overcharged. I specifically stated what I was looking for and was billed for something different. It was later corrected. I stated that I had never been there before and I was treated like I was a regular and received snarky attitude, I honestly had no idea what their process is? Or where to go in this facility? I purchased 4 yards of top soil plus to be delivered. What I received was a pile of top soil loaded with hard packed clay lumps, some up to 6 inches in diameter. I’ve tried wetting it down, drying it out. Nothing works. I have to break up 4 yards of lumps. Never again…
