Hirst Electric was recommended by a friend. I called on a Thursday and was told that the electrician was out and would call me back. No response. I called again the following Tuesday and explained that I did not receive a call back. The new lady said she didn't answer the first call and that she would relay the message. I still have not received a phone call. We just bought a new house and we need some rewiring and quite a few COSTLY things done. YOUR LOSS. Thanks but no thanks. Missed opportunity to get my business and I am telling EVERYONE not to call you.

Called to set up and appointment. The lady told me the person who schedules was out and would call back in 20 minutes. After an hour I called again, reached the correct person and was told I would hear from her or the electrician shortly. Next day I called again and was told the same. 2 weeks later they've never called back. The attitude made me feel like I was a bother and the result say the same. No idea how their work is because I couldn't get them to even schedule an appointment. Luckily another electrician came out and fixed the problem in an hour. Horst is the last place I'll call if I need help again.

Hirst Electric is great to work with. Comes right out when you call. Can take care of your businesses in and out of town. Clean and efficient. Very polite. Good family business.
