I hired Anne at the suggestion of a nieghbor. I couldn't be happier. First, she is the nicest person, and a great teacher. I did the one day training session in hopes of learning how to do the rest of the windows myself. She has everything you need, all of the tools and supplies. We did a dining room window that had not opened since we purchased the house. Now, both sashes open as easily as the day they were installed 105 years ago! See picture below. Closed and open!
