Hite Carpet Center, now known as Hite Flooring, did the carpet in my bedroom. I was looking for a color of carpet like sand. Hite not only provided the exact color I was looking for but provided superior service and great installation. Ask for Josh.

Had Shaw vinyl plank flooring installed by Hite Carpet Co. nearly 5 years ago with a 5 year warranty on installation. It was installed in kitchen and living areas. From the moment the flooring was installed, there were numerous problems with the installation (flooring buckled at seams/end joint peaking/even separations at some end points/rise and fall when walked upon) which I immediately brought to Mr. Hite's attention, for which Mr. Hite will deny was an installation issue. However even a representative from Shaw flooring came to my home to inspect it (to make sure there was no fault in the actual flooring) and said all problems were installation related. Stopped by the store because I perfer to use local contractors. Wife and I picked out carpet for our barndiminum staircase. Install was done and it looks great. Mr. Hite listening to our needs and how carpet would be used allowed us to get a perfect carpet. Recommending if you want to get the job done right.
