Hivex did a 2-room, full bath addition to my basement. The work was done efficiently, carefully, on time and in budget. Cost reasonable and quality terrific. Project manager texted frequently w/updates & the 2 minor requests I made were handled promptly. I highly recommend HIVEX for basement remodel, and send special thanks to Benny, the project manager. I only wish they offered other construction options!!! (PS the dogs are "inspecting"!)

Hivex did an amazing job transforming our basement into a family room with wet bar and full bath. From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience. Exceptional communication and customer service Bob and his team were wonderful to work with.

Overall amazing experience and quality work. Michael, whom we originally met with for our walk-thru and estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. Our estimate, which is what we actually paid, was more that 20k less than what 3 other companies quoted us. Once they began our project, they hit the ground running. With Christmas & New Year holidays, and a period of winter weather, they still managed to finish within 2 months. Our project manager Benny was great. His communication and professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. We highly recommend Hivex to anyone looking to have their basement finished. You will not be disappointed. Finishing our 1300 sq/ft basement, including a bedroom, office, and full bathroom, took the team just over six weeks. Other quotes we received from other contractors/companies had at least double that time frame! Not only was the work completed in an efficient and timely manner, but it was also done incredibly well and no detail was spared. Communication was also 10/10. Highly recommend.

We recently completed a full basement finishing with HIVEX. From initial contact through all stages of work and right on through the completion of the project, their service was incredible and exactly as promised.
