Hixon Heating & Air Conditioning of Dacula

If I could give them a negative rating I would. They came to put a brand new furnace in a couple of years ago and the level of disservice and dishonesty... The furnace broke within three years. We had them come back out to see what was wrong and we were told it was a phantom problem. Basically that they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, I called another company and wow the videos and pictures they provided were highly infuriating.

Hixon is knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and efficient. Texted updates and confirmation when preparing for install of new HVAC unit. Stands by his work. Honest in pricing and works to keep overhead as low as possible. I didn’t want to replace my 13 year old Trane, but when I did, I went with Hixon and would recommend you do as well!

Richard is so amazing. Very honest and professional. I have dealt with several AC companies before. He can be named as my top one choice in Dacula area. I found his company from google Gemini’s recommendation. It is a 30 years local company with A+ BBB rating. Initially I was assigned to one of his technicians yesterday. Due to some miscommunication the technician texted me this morning that considering my property’s water damage status the management team decided to pass on my service call. I felt so disappointed and called his company to question whether they only take easy jobs to protect their good reputation in these days or not. Richard is by far amazing from his Experience all the way to customer service. I really appreciate the explanation of services and reasoning behind them. I will be using Hixon for all of my heating and air services. The prices are very reasonable as well

Spent almost 8k a yr ago for a "full replacement" and instead got old units and everytime the heat cuts on the outside is loud as hell. Spend your money somewhere else unless you want subpar old equipment passed off as new
