My experience with H.J. Martin in Neenah was top notch from beginning to end! Tori, one of the designers, is very friendly and knowledgeable! H.J. Martin installed luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring throughout our new construction house as well as tile in our shower and kitchen back splash. The installer paid attention to detail, walked me through the layout of our kitchen back splash, and cleaned up nicely when the installation was complete. Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful, but the back splash elevated it to a new level. I highly recommend H.J. Martin for your flooring and tile needs!

Great service!! It was a pleasure to work with Mary. She was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on colors and knowledgeable about products. All my questions were addressed in a timely manner and the final installation looks fantastic.

We love the floors! I have worked with customers for many years and to me customer service is huge. Most people will even pay more if they get good customer service. That being said, I was impressed with the politeness of everyone throughout this whole process. From getting it scheduled, to the installers, to the return to install the piece that was short. When I got the call to schedule the last piece I was told “We will work with your schedule as this was our fault.” Although I feel this is the kind of service that should be the norm, it many times isn’t anymore. Please keep this as a priority as it goes so far! It was a pleasant experience. Thanks

paid them to install glue down LVP in the basement. because it's a basement they priced out floor leveling. i pointed all the areas i would want perfect because of cabinets going in. was told it could cost more if more material is needed. was 100% okay with this and waited months for the install. installers came and only took 5 hours. i figured everything went well because they didn't say much. after inspection they left a 1/4" to 1/8 dip in the floor and made huge cuts the the edges that im my opinion didn't even needed to be cut to fit near the walls, so that the trim will not cover. just feel like it was rushed and no care was taken to make sure the job was done correctly. Seems like now because they listed only leveling for the bathroom only ( more leveler was added to the bar
