It’s always been a good experience working with Modern Sheet Metal. Caleb is kind and was great with our dog too. From the time I called to finishing the job was less than 1 1/2. Quick to respond. Efficient. Great service!

We are newer home owners and were having issues with our house getting up to temp. They were quick to have someone come out same-day and take a look at our furnace. Nick was able to show us what the issue was and help educate us on preventing it from happening in the future. We appreciated the friendly service and quick help! Woke up in the morning and the furnace was not working. I called Modern Sheet Metal and told them about my problem. With it being so cold, I did not think I would get service for perhaps a day. They told me they would have someone over as soon as they could get someone freed up. The serviceman was at my door within 45 minutes. I was very happy with the service and the price. I have used them for 23 years and have never been disappointed.

Many years ago we started with Modern based on a recommendation from a respected friend. With their care & maintenance we have never had an "emergency" situation. When our original furnace & AC came to the end of their efficient life, Modern handled the purchase & installation of new units. Their expertise guided the process. Correct size and features were spot on. Suggested addition of zoning features have worked wonders. We have experienced great working relationships with Modern's people. Aaron is the best.

Excellent service!!! My 19 year old furnace went out at night. I called Modern Sheet Metal before 7 am and they had someone at my house by 9am. The old furnace had a 20 year warranty so they would have repaired it for free. I opted for a new furnace with a big discount from the old furnace. They patched the old furnace to get me going and installed the new furnace 2 days later. Great people!!!
