I worked with Garrett for several months. During that time he installed our septic system and developed the entire home site for our driveway and new home. He graded the site, cleaned the site, installed piers and utility lines, he contracted out an electrician for us, he worked with utility companies to assist in establishing hook ups, he talked to neighbors, and he helped to make unexpected adjustments after the house arrived. He was always on time and transparent about processes and prices. He went beyond expectation, was always accommodating, and easy to work with. Will definitely be using HLS, LLC again if we need to and will happily recommend to anyone looking for a project contractor.

I hired HLS as my contractor to complete a multitude of projects during our new home construction. Garrett provides excavation, landscape and paving services (to name a few) at great quality and affordable pricing. During our initial consultation, Garrett came out to the job site and evaluated our needs by asking questions and providing input on best practices.
