I had a great experience with HM Remodeling CT, particularly with the designer Jolene Santangeli and the head of the team Jim Landers (and his crew). I started my renovation of the master bathroom in March 2025. Jolene listened to my concerns and the desire of a spacious, cozy and elegant master bathroom with all the functions I need. I fell in love immediately with her design when she came back with the presentation. Jim, along with his crew, made it happen and he was very attentive to my questions and provided honest opinions throughout the renovation. Both Jolene and Jim had been extremely responsive to my questions and requests. I knew HM Remodeling was right for our new basement when the owner, Skip, spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone giving me ideas and trying to make the numbers work for us even before he had us locked in as customers. I really appreciated that. Part of their services was a fantastic 3D rendering presentation that let us know exactly what we were getting before any work began. The project manager Jim was easy to talk to and the staff was prompt and always cleaned up. A great experience and I highly recommend HM Remodeling.

They did such a great job on a front portico for us that we also had them construct a covered porch over our deck, including fireplace.
