Hobart has completely screwed me. I had issues with my rack Oven. They have changed everything this last two years. I am a small business owner. They now charge me $450 to show up and diagnose. No other technician, besides Hobart, will now service my oven, because it’s a Hobart Manufactured product, and Hobart has put a monopoly on that. Only a Hobart technician can order Hobart Parts, or can work on Hobart. A Hobart Tech came to service my Baxter Rack oven. He diagnosed that I need a new fan blade for my vent blower, a new Silinoid, for the vent button, because it was not operating. He also said it could be our gas valve that is contributing to the problem. I replaced all three. $3000 dollars later, nothing resolved. I sent out another technician from Hobart, he said I need to replace m

These guys are amazing. I took my wine cooler in to get checked out because it wasn't cooling. The found out it needed to be charged up and the even fixed the hinges on the doors for me. Amazing work and very professional. Thank you guys.

Our ice machine was not producing ice and it kept shutting off. I called in the morning a technician was there in the afternoon. The technician name was Chan. Unbelievable service and knowledge that he had. He had us up in running in about 2 hours. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

One star is over what is deserved, from rude service tech who(don't talk to women),to 8 hrs labor at $125.00 per hr to install a stove thermocouple, to RUDE accounting staff that doesn't have time to talk about bill.would not recommend this type of service in any industry.

I witnessed one of their trucks driving way too fast through a parking lot, and it then parked in a handicap spot. No reply at all when I sent them an e-mail.
