Called them about some issues we were having with my package unit short cycling, it was a unit they had installed for a previous owner of the home. They were out that same day , they had the the issue resolved within the hour, and only charged the service fee that they had mentioned at the beginning. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely use them again!!

On perhaps the hottest day of summer my AC quit cooling. I called Hobbs in the morning. Tech was out late morning. They drove out of town to pick part up. Tech returned and he had the AC up and running in an impressive amount of time. Very courteous and knowledgeable employee!!! This isn't the first time Hobbs performed exceptionally!!! New Year's Eve!!! Heater had issues. Their office was closing early however one tech came out and got it running and warm! Extremely satisfied with all services provided!!! P.S. Tyler was the tech!!!

After purchasing our first home, we got a few quotes for installing mini splits systems in our upstairs and potentially replacing the rest of our system. We went with Hobbs to install a mini split in our upstairs because they were local and the lowest bid. Positively speaking, I will say that everyone I talked to was always nice and professional. The system they installed works well too. It ended up taking 7-8 weeks for this project to be completed once they started the install. From the get go, the guy that did the quote showed up almost an hour late and admitted he forgot to check his calendar. Had my AC stop pumping cold air and called Hobbs. They were fantastic, even in these early summer months they had someone come by later that day and fix the problem. He also did some maintenance on my other AC unit. I really appreciated the fast service and the reasonable rate. Will use them again for sure!
