Sears Appliance Repair

Service tech was great. I got rescheduled four times for a ice maker! Stayed home five days waiting for someone to show up. Five days!!! I was livid . After the second reschedule, I texted and was told they would make my appointment priority. They continued rescheduling. The final appointment someone finally showed up. My time frame was 8-3. At roughly 5:15, Charlie showed up. He did a great job - not complaining about him at all. Their scheduler is worthless. No one should be inconvenienced five days. That's lots of time off work for no reason. I don't recommend them. They responded to this review to contact them with a phone number that gave no access to speaking to anyone just a "select 1 or 2" format. I've tried all numbers I can find so they can "resolve" my complaint.

We got an appointment the next day. Our service tech ordered the part. It was delivered and he came back and fixed our washing machine quickly. He was very friendly and was good and explaining what had happened and what he was doing.

Short version $70 to be told defrost your freezer. He had 5 more appointments and didn't have time to defrost my freezer! Might be this, might be that, we won't know till freezer is defrosted. Would you like to schedule another appointment? Hell no! Why did I even call, should have googled or you tube it 1st. Shame on me for calling. Customer service was none, from AI phone call, to I don't have time. Sorry that your over booked, doesn't mean I should get the shafted.

Gene... Thank you so much. Absolutely outstanding. Great knowledge and customer service bar none. He even helped me to locate the grey water line that would allow me to install my washer in the garage... which the other guys couldn't do! Thank you so much.
