Highly recommend Hobson Electric! Nick is great and people in the office are super efficient and friendly. Have used them multiple times and have been pleased with the work they’ve done. But today’s interaction topped it all! They did work here on Friday, hubby wrote them a check upon completion. However, this morning when he was reviewing the invoice, he realized we had overpaid - due to a change we had requested after they arrived. So he called the office - and before he even finished explaining why he was calling, the woman stopped him and said she had noticed the error on Friday & had ALREADY sent us a check in the mail! Like WOW!!! Talk about honesty & integrity!!! Just remarkable.

No service or support available from them when my generator failed during the big ice storm. Could not contact them by phone or internet (website) Apparently all they wanted was my money when I purchased the generac from them and 10 years worth of service fees on the unit. But when I really needed support, they were no where to be found. Use any other generac dealer except this outfit.

Needed an “after hours” on a Sunday night after a tree took out our mast on the roof & PIE&G had to cut our power. They arrived within 45 minutes & had our power back on in less than an hour. Very happy!

This company has taken care of my needs from installation of a Generac W H. Gas Generator since 2018. I Highly recommend Hobson Electric of Onaway Mi. And John is Awesome. My home is in Cheboygan Mi.
