Great Service. I got a furnace ordered and installed within a week. Very reasonable charges. Also, on Thanksgiving week/ deer season, the element on my hot water heater went. In a matter of 5 hours the initial call was made and repairs were completed. Again, a very reasonable charge. They are great!

Always reliable and quick to help. Standards team came to help when our pump went out. In a blink of an eye, Keith was on his way with the new pump and even had to go back and forth to get different parts. Highly recommend. Always reliable and good service.

Couldn't be happier, they were always very prompt with phone calls and email responses. I needed an A/C unit installed and they had me quoted, parts ordered, and installed within 2 weeks. All while working around me being out of town for a week. I can't say thanks enough.

I would not use this company for any reason. I needed a water heater installed and from the start was given the run around because I purchased the water heater on my own and not from them. I finally was told that they would put me on the schedule and give me a call. Well that was two weeks ago. I tried calling and no one answered the phone and than drove to the company and door was locked. I finally used John’s plumbing in Roger City. They where great and reasonably priced. And I only had to wait a few days for service and they did not care where I had bought the water heater from. Friendly and helpful service employees.

We called for an emergency on behalf of our neighbors on a Saturday. Their hot water tank pilot light simply would not light. My husband had tried for a couple of hours with no luck. Although we finally got the pilot lit, Standard did call me back and I was quite relieved to discover we could get emergency plumbing assistance if needed.
